An online platform that matches families with local babysitters and nannies: you create a free profile, filter thousands of sitters, then message those who look like a good fit. It works in English as well as Spanish, and you interview and book the sitter directly. Note that it is a matching service, not a vetted agency, so it runs no background checks and you handle references yourself.
