  • A funfair on two ramblas, rides and game stalls fill Rambla del Brasil and Rambla de Badal through the final weekend, liveliest from late afternoon
  • Kids' workshops throughout, hands-on activities beyond just watching parades pass by
  • Eleven streets and squares competing in 2026, with themes kids will spot fast, including Ratatouille, The Lorax, Hollywood and a mad laboratory

About

Festa Major de Sants is the neighborhood's answer to Gràcia: eleven streets and squares transformed by their own neighbors into walk-through worlds, this year including a Ratatouille street, a mad laboratory and a recreation of the old Montjuïc race circuit. Around the decorated streets the festa layers on the full Catalan repertoire, gegants parades, castellers building human towers, sardanes, community meals and a proper kids' program, capped by a child-scale fire run and a closing fireworks show over the park. It stays smaller and more local than Gràcia's festival, which is exactly what makes it easier with kids.
